A nice, all original thermal plastic (a.k.a. gutta percha) UNION photo case by S. PecK & Co. The case is for a 6th plate image (3.25 X 2.75 inches). Not perfect in that it does have an in obtrusive chip at two inside corners, the piece is otherwise in excellent condition and will make a nice companion for display of a good period tintype or ambrotype. Our illustration will do best to demonstrate the eye appeal of this attractive old case.
